The annual gym maintenance fee for 2010 is due by March 1, 2010*

The Gym Fee is intended for general gym improvements & repairs which will improve the safety and appearance of the gym for the benefit of ALL students.

This letter is a reminder for the student base to make sure this gym fee is paid by March 1, 2010. All students who joined after the collection of last year's gym fee through the end of 2009 are now responsible for this fee. Below outlines the gym fee schedule to be paid before March 1st. This gym fee is listed on the informational handout/class schedule that you received at sign-up.

Gym Maintenance Fee Schedule:

$35.00 annually for one active student.
$60.00 annually for two active students from the same family.
$80.00 annually for three or more active students from the same family.

Payment Details:

➢ Payment is due by March 1, 2010.
➢ All new students who started their training January 1, 2010 through present are not required to pay the Gym Maintenance Fee until next year.
